PAYMENT
Please make payment within 5 days. We prefer to accept Paypal but uncrossed postal orders are also accepted.
SHIPPING
We aim to post your item within 48 hours of cleared payment. Items are posted daily, every morning. Postage charges include packaging. Most items posted within the U.K. are sent by recorded delivery but for the items that are not please add 77p to your payment if you require this service. For overseas buyers please e-mail for a quote. We will quote for standard airmail with the signed for service but if items come to more than £46.00 then extra insurance cover will be needed. We are always happy to combine postage costs but if the goods come to more than £46.00 then extra insurance cover is recommended. For lost or damaged items we are happy to help you with a claim with Royal Mail but please note that for inland items these are not considered misssing until after 15 days. Overseas items are 20 days with it taking upto 90 days to look into a claim .
TERMS OF SALE
We recommend that you read the description and measurements carefully. Please ask for any further information you may require before purchasing. Refund or exchanges are offered but postage and packaging charges are non refundable. On exchanges the buyer is responsible for all postage charges. All items must be returned unworn with the original tags still attached and not smelling of smoke.
