If you change your mind we are happy to accept a full money back refund less any postage (for items which we offer free postage, our standard postage charges will be deducted from any refund or credit) within 30 days after receiving the item. To qualify for a refund/replacement.The item must be not used / not installed and should be in its brand new condition, item must be in its original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and the blank warranty cards. Then we will contact you with a Return Transaction ID (RTI) Please do not return items until you have heard back from us with a RTI.
