Please note due to excessive Covid sanitize and fresh bed linen change we are not letting for very short breaks i.e 1 or 2 nights just is not practical, contact us with your chosen week, prices are based on upto 6 guests but let us know if more than 6 as we may be able to accommodate upto 8 guests in our larger deluxe 3 bedroom caravans for a small additional charge over 6, we require an £80 additional refundable insurance bond which will be paid back when you leave our caravan clean & tidy with no damages & as per our terms we post you after booking & can supply upon request.

Payment by bank transfer or cheque, we advertised in lots of other groups and websites including our own and advise for peak season times to book early as kids holidays always goes.

Sorry as a norm No Pets this is due to allergies that the next guests may have towards dogs & pets. Prices vary dependent on when you want to go. We prefer to holiday let Sat to Sat 7nts but can consider shorter breaks out of peak season depending on availability.

We have cheaper holidays in March, April, May, June, Sept and Oct also buy 1 week get 2nd at half price excluding kids holidays, our prices vary depending when you go please inquire while we still have availability. Normal £80 deposit / refundable bond applies per week booked, we are now taking bookings for 2021 season.

Our 5 beautiful private caravans are located on good sort after plots nearer to the front of the park not right at the back and are to a deluxe standard, they have recently just had fitted new double glazing throughout, upvc gated veranda's with patio sets, they are beautifully furnished to a high contemporary look with all mod cons including large 32 inch TV with Free-view and DVD plus mini Hi-Fi, microwave. Our caravans also have TV/DVD combi with Free view in 5 of our caravans in the master bedrooms and are fully equipped with all cups cutlery, plates, pans etc. And fresh linen will be placed at the base of each bed before you arrive. it's our 12th season holiday letting our deluxe caravans at Richmond Holiday Centre in Skegness and for your assurance we are ICF verified caravan owners with returning guests year after year & have no problems with anyone contacting Richmond directly to verify us.
