If your product does not arrive within the projected shipping times please
allow at least 10 days (UK & Europe) / 14 days (Rest of world) before
contacting us. Due to Royal Mail's missing parcel policy, we are not able to
claim for a missing product until 25 days of the sending date has passed. If a
purchase you have made has gone missing, we please ask you to also check with
your local sorting office and surrounding neighbors before contacting us. If it
is important that your product us to be received before a certain date and you
would like to track is journey, we recommend that you purchase UK Next Day
Guarantee OR request a signed for service internationally by contacting us
directly.

hygiene reasons we may not accept the return of opened cosmetic products.

measurements and are happy with the purchase before completion. We are happy to
exchange items within 30 days as long as the item is in perfect condition.

Faulty Goods
All products are carefully checked before they are packaged. However, if there
are any problems with you order, contact us immediately. We allow 14 days from
