Shipping
Two different shipment services are offered as following:
1. Registered Air Mail. (7-16 days)
2. Hong Kong Post EMS SpeedPost. (3-7 days) (extra shipping fee is needed)
We don't ship to APO/FPO, Africa and some other countries. Please contact us for enquiry of countries excluded.
Public holidays and Sunday are not included in the expected delivery date.
Customs checks in some countries may take longer time and thus delay the local delivery.
The shipping address should be the same as the one shown on the Paypal payment for the shipment.
Returns / Exchanges
Buyers are protected by 14 DAYS ITEM RETURNS GUARANTEE policy.
Please inform us of damaged items caused during delivery within 2 days after reception, otherwise no return and exchanged will be accepted.
Buyers need to help file the report of damaged items from the courier company and assist in getting the compensation from the courier company when item returns apply.
Buyers need to return the items to us in original packing. No returns with missing accessories will be accepted.
We accept re-shipping the same item to buyers for exchange when item returns apply.
The shipping fee of returning defective items is paid by buyers while the re-shipping fee is paid by us.
