    • I can register your parcel - insured up to value of $100 by Australia Post). I do my utmost to package it appropriately.

    • I can combine shipping for you, so please send me the item numbers and I can give you an exact shipping price. Sometimes however, sending items separately may work out cheaper shipping for the buyer.

    • International buyers are liable for all taxes and customs fees that may arise in their own country on receipt of their purchase from me. I will not undervalue items on customs forms.
    • Parcels weighing over 500grams to the USA are also subject to a $9 security clearance charge, imposed by the US government. This charge is not negotiable and is compulsory on parcels over 500g.
    • INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED AND IS UP TO THE SELLER’S DISCRETION depending on value of item/s and/or destination item is being sent to. Insurance is paid by the buyer and is in addition to shipping charges.
    • PLEASE email me before bidding to check if insurance will be necessary for your purchase/s and/or to your country.
    • Australia Post WILL NOT insure items sent at a ‘large letter’ rate, which generally includes t shirts and underwear. In this situation, buyer MUST pay for ‘parcel rate’ to their country and then insurance on top of that.

    • If for some reason an item is unsuitable (and this does not include if you change your mind), upon receipt, please email me immediately. I will do my best to resolve it. If the item is sent back to me within a week (with tags still attached and in original condition, packaged appropriately) on its receipt, I will refund the full purchase price, exchange if I have another in stock or give you a credit for the purchase price. Buyer will pay all postage costs.
