All of our manufactured products are electrically tested before dispatch. We pressure test for short circuit, continuity and insulation resistance. Our testers go way and beyond what is normally offered, ensuring quality of sound and reliability

All AC mains products conform to BS 7671 wiring regulations and are tested by qualified technicians trained to City & Guilds 2377 standards

We take waste and our impact on the environment very seriously. All of our plastic and cardboard waste is separated and collected on a monthly basis. Empty cable reels are returned to suppliers to be re-used and we even go as far as having a compost bin in our kitchen. We try to keep packaging to a minimum and try to re-use packaging materials where possible, so please do not be upset if your order arrives in a second-hand box! Please keep your bubble wrap for Christmas and re-use boxes where you can. If you wish to return unwanted cable and connectors then please do so, we are happy to recycle them on your behalf
