Without the foam carrier, it is a direct vent spectacle; with the foam carrier, it becomes an indirect vent spectacle. Each pair of scratch resistant glasses meets the ANSI Z87.1-2015 high impact standards and absorbs 99.9% of harmful UV rays. Kit includes lens and foam gasket which helps reduce eye exposure. Small vents in the foam gasket help reduce fogging. Other features include a soft nose bridge for added comfort.
