This seems to be a first UK edition. The first USA edition was printed in 1954. Like the title says, contains science as well as fiction, stories and articles and some things that later became the stuff of science fiction as well as science as we know it in the 21st century.  Has the greatest writers of this genre. This book is rare and hard to come by and if you don't mind the non-pristine condition of the book, it's a great addition in any sci-fi or science library!
