This item is a vintage original Annalee Doll Society Club piece from 1990, made only in Meredith, New Hampshire, by Annalee Mobilitee Dolls, Inc. If you are not familiar with this brand of doll, here’s a little background: Annalee Thorndike is the designer of this handcrafted doll. The Thorndike family and their group of local New Hampshire craftsmen hope you’ll enjoy its whimsical charm for many years. The doll’s mobility and flexibility allow you to create your own ideas in positioning, resulting in the best of display and decoration. The Clown Kid wears a colorful pink and polka dot jumpsuit and a pink cap. He measures approximately 8” High, and his base has a 6” Diameter. He has a separate balloon that reads “PS I Love You.” The paper tag has the original code #9648 stamped on it, and the sewn-in tag indicates Annalee ’91. He comes in his original bag and is in great condition. Like new, stored in a non-smoking home.
