It measures 18 in.long and 11.5 in. wide not including handles. it is almost an inch tall. It has silver toned handles at each end with same type frame. a flower inlaid wood design in the middle. It's in very good condition, no dents or scratches, nice tray for either perfume or serving tray. Measurements are taken laying flat, one side and are approximate.
