About shipping

• We require signature confirmation for deliveries. You can call and schedule the delivery with the carrier if you want to customize the delivery on the day and time that suits you. Please note that product will be shipped in two individual packages, the carrier may separate packages causing boxes to be delivered at different times or days.

  While registration is not mandatory for the Basic Warranty, we strongly encourage you to register your product promptly to unlock the
  full benefits of our Standard Warranty. You have a generous window of up to 60 days post-purchase to register your equipment. Failure
  to register within this period will still grant you coverage for 1 to 5 years depending on the purchased product.

  Standard Warranty: Premium Levella High Efficiency 21 SEER Series Inverter+ ductless mini split heat pump system has 7 years warranty in compressor and 5 years warranty in parts.
