Stroboscopic ignition timing lamp - after you have marked the flywheel to indicate the ignition point it needs to be double-checked and eventually adjusted with the use of a strobe-lamp. This device is connected to the HT lead and detects the pulse inductively. The power supply is provided by an external 12V battery.
