Advanced Scooter Workshop (ASWTM) V2.98

Advanced Scooter Workshop is K-Line tool  that enables to work with ignition control unit (CDI) through K-line diagnostics on YOUR PIAGGIO, APRILIA, GILERA, PEUGEOT, VESPA and DERBI motor scooters.


Easy to use.

No drilling or cutting of ignition controller plastic enclosure, no scraping of green filling, no soldering is necessary - all memory functions works by K-Line. USB / K-Line interface connects to the ignition controller only with 4 wires. Key data for T5-11 transponder is calculated after EEPROM data reading procedure.

NOTE: This tool does not have ability to program transponder with calculated key data by itself. Any transponder programmer with T5 transponder programming capability is suitable to perform final key-making steps. Transponders are also not supplied with this tool.

  • READ / WRITE of  MC68HC05B8/B16 internal EEPROM by K-Line
  • CALCULATE both MASTER and SERVICE key data for programming to the T5-TYPE11 transponder
  • CALCULATE CRC of key data blocks


EFI TECHNOLOGY with ST72C334 / ST72F521 MCU and 95040 / 95080 EEPROM (system type ACIIAC2IAC5I, AC8I, AC19I, AC20I, AC21I, AC23IAC25I AC32I etc.)

  • READ / WRITE of ST72C334 internal EEPROM by K-Line
  • READ / WRITE of external 95040 or 95080 SPI EEPROM by K-Line
  • READ data of TRANSPONDER KEY in the ignition lock by K-Line. Any of EFI TEECHNOLOGY CDI now can be used as a simple transponder reader for scooter keys

  • RESET of previously used CDI controller to the FACTORY state
  • CALCULATE both MASTER and SERVICE key data for programming to the T5-TYPE11 transponder
  • CALCULATE CRC of key data block


MAGNETI MARELLI  IMM003/IMM006  immobilizer module with 28 pin MC68HC05E6 (0F82B, 0G72G, 2F75B) MCU

  • READ / WRITE of MC68HC05E6 (0F82B / 0G72G) internal EEPROM by K-Line
  • CALCULATE both MASTER and SERVICE key data for programming to the T5-TYPE11 transponder
  • RESET of previously used Immobilizer Control Unit to the FACTORY state

  • READ KeyData memory block from FLASH of ST10F269-T3 by K-Line
  • CALCULATE both MASTER and SERVICE key data for programming to the T5-TYPE11 transponder

  • READ / WRITE of external EEPROM 95320 by K-Line
  • CALCULATE both MASTER and SERVICE key data for programming to the T5-TYPE11 transponder
  • RESET of previously used Injection Control Unit to the FACTORY state
  • CALCULATE CRC

 MAGNETI MARELLI RIU1 (32RIU1 / 38RIU1) injection control module / throttle body with Infineon SAK-XC2785X  and EEPROM 95320

 

  • READ / WRITE of external EEPROM 95320 by K-Line
  • CALCULATE both MASTER and SERVICE key data for programming to the T5-TYPE11 transponder
  • RESET of previously used Injection Control Unit to the FACTORY state
  • CALCULATE CRC

 MAGNETI MARELLI IAW15 injection control module with MOTOROLA MC68HC11F1 (2E87J) MCU

  • READ / WRITE of internal MC68HC11F1 EEPROM by K-Line
  • CALCULATE  MASTER key data for programming to the T5-TYPE11 transponder
  • RESET of previously used Injection Control Unit to the FACTORY state
  • CALCULATE CRC
