I try my very best to describe every item accurately & package it carefully. I always include lots of pictures as part of the description. Please ask questions BEFORE buying or bidding on an item. I check my messages several times a day and do my best to respond in less than 24hrs. Good communication can clear up many potential issues before they become problems. If an item arrives broken or does not work, please let me know and I will do everything I can to make it right. If you receive something that disappoints you however, the ONLY thing I can do is to issue a refund of your purchase price through Paypal upon receipt of the item.
