PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT DUE TO PREVIOUS PROBLEMS INVOLVING PERSONS WHO KEEP THEIR  FEEDBACK PRIVATE WE MAY DECLINE TO DEAL WITH YOU AS INDIVIDUALS HAVE IN THE PAST ABUSED THIS PRIVILEGE. WE WILL NOT DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS FROM OVERSEAS IF YOUR FEEDBACK SCORE IS LESS THAN  25 AND HAS MORE THAN 3 NEGATIVE RATINGS .

If any item that we supply is incorrect or not fit for the purpose you have got 28 days from the date of receipt to eturn it fto us for either a full credit or a replacement. If an item is purchased for any vehicle other than what we list it for you may still return it but in these instances we will only credit the cost of the part and will not refund postages. Any items returned must be clean, and if any *contamination* is present we may not be able to accept the item for credit.Items being returned for credit must be returned in a clean condition and not be contaminated with any of the following!!!!!!!

I  have limited facilities to identify the correct part number fitted to your particular car or van as most of the information is just not on the web  to help out with and we have to rely on the good old paper catalogue.(Whatever did we do without computers ????? Usually got it right !!!!)Any  references that we put on our adverts is taken from reputable manufacturing and suppliers  sources and is only as good as the relevant catalogue is is extracted from. Please do not buy an item if you are unsure about it’s suitability and feel free to E’mail us on any of the E’mail addresses shown at the bottom of the page if you have any queries about fitment and availability  and we will try to assist you as much as we can. Please note that you should ensure that if you are purchasing this item that the one being removed you’re your vehicle is to the same specification as the listing above. Unfortunately I do not have any more information on this item as it is long since deleted from most suppliers catalogues or the facilities to check the part number via the reg. number or the VIN number are limited to what can be tied up between the DVLA computer system and our main suppliers electronic catalogue. All the information I have available to me is listed here.Please do not E’mail me to ask if this part will fit my ……..car/van as although it may look like it will it invariably won’t. So please buy the item only if you can read the part number off your old part, compare the picture to confirm it’s correct, or you are able to check the part number with a main dealer who may still be able to confirm that it is suitable for your vehicle. If you purchase a part for a vehicle other than the ones we list it for and you later discover that is it unsuitable and does not fit you may return it for a credit of the purchase price only as we have fully explained and warned you beforehand. It is no use saying that I thought it looked as if it would fit ,or my mate Dave said it would do.I have been in the Motor Parts aftermarket Game for nearly 40 years and I’ve heard all the excuses and some you haven’t.  If you are not sure about something it costs next to nothing to E’mail me and ask,and if I can help you then I will and guess what !!!!!!! All postage and packing costs are excluded on refunds and I will not be held responsible for any postal delays.If an item is returned to me after a failed delivery I will refund the value of the item excluding P&P.Please make sure the full  and correct address is made available to me as if returned undelivered I will not pay for the second delivery attempt and if you have got 2 or more delivery addresses ***(which is very common)*** please ensure that you confirm the correct one.Only the item listed will be supplied,and unless otherwise stated will be the item in the photograph.In the case of us having the same item supplied by various manufacturers we will point this out and please bear in mind that New Old Stock items may have worn or tatty boxes,hence the price. 

 *** quite often we come across customers who have a different address on their Paypal account to the one on their E,Bay account and it is not always a current delivery address .If we E’mail you to to confirm the correct one please  make sure that you inform  us of the correct one within 48-72  hrs.If you still have not confirmed the correct address after 7 days  we will cancel the transaction, refund your monies and you will  receive a poor feedback

PLEASE ENSURE THAT WHEN YOU RETURN AN ITEM TO US THAT IT IS PACKED PROPERLY INCLUDING ANY PROTECTIVE PACKING MATERIALS (i:e BUBBLEWRAP etc) AND IS SENT BACK TO US THE WAY WE SENT IT OUT.IF AN ITEM BEING RETURNED TO US FOR CREDIT GETS DAMAGED OR DESTROYED IN THE POST AND YOU HAVE NOT COMPLIED WITH THIS REQUEST THEN YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN AND WE WILL NOT CREDIT  YOUR ACCOUNT WITH ANY MONIES DUE.IT IS ALSO A GOOD IDEA TO RETAIN ANY PROOFS OF POSTAGE WHEN DOING THIS JUST IN CASE AN ITEM DOES GET LOST OR DAMAGED IN THE POST.                                        

POSTAL AND COURIER DELIVERY

 All items are dispatched within two (2) working days from order being received and settlement received. Please take note that we don’t dispatch on a Monday due to our clearing of weekend orders  Courier items are delivered mainly on working days but in some instances can be delivered on Saturday morning’s for a small extra charge which is outwith our control!!!! (Feel free to moan at the Courier company).Royal Mail !!!!!  1st class packet post items now take a average of 1-3  working days to deliver, please advise at time of purchase if you require a tracked service as again the Post Office charges for this and extra fee’s may be incurred.   2nd Class postal items do not have the option of a  tracking service,take anything up to 7 days to arrive and the Royal Mail won’t entertain any claims for lost items until for at least 14 days and even then they’ll try to shirk  any responsibility (Well they do have shareholders to satisfy now) We also send items out Via My Hermes Courier Service (Yeah we know) and again these should take a average of between 4-6 days and are sent this way as the new style Post Office are likely to be charging 3 arms and 2 legs for the items that we send this way,Oh and it’s also  a method of fraud prevention and items are fully trackable  down to each courier delivery driver.Non delivery of courier items please email us and we will look   into it for you,however it’s a different story with the newly inefficent Royal Mail  (We have shareholders to satisfy you know) as it’s just a case of when they finally get round to delivering as  their service seems to be getting slower and slower (Where’s POSTMAN PAT when you need him)
