RETURNS & POSTAGE


We accept returns within 30 days after receiving goods, provided goods are in the same condition as sold. Cost of goods will be refunded into your account except for return postage.  We normally dispatch goods on the same day if an order is placed before 2.00 pm.  For express, next working day delivery by courier or Royal Mail special delivery charges will be applied. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Please Note: Any late order on Friday and Weekends will be dispatched on Monday. Bank Holiday weekend orders will be dispatched on Tuesday.
