1. The product work is under high temperature conditions, so it can't work for a long time, and it needs to be cooled for 3 hours.Please power off after you use it, and take the graphite crucible out, don’t leave it in the furnace. And then please put it on dry ground, don’t put it into the water.

4. If the molten product contains substances such as acid and alkali, these substances will produce harmful gases with corrosion at high levels. In this case we recommend opening the furnace cover during the smelting process.

5. The maximum temperature of the product is 1100 °C. It is forbidden to smelt beyond this temperature.

6. Before use, check if the crucible is damaged. If it is damaged, replace it immediately.

7. In order to achieve the best results of smelting, do not fill the crucible. Gas is generated during the smelting process, and the metal is filled with metal, which causes an increase in pressure and poses a danger. If the armor is full, open the lid and smelt.

Questions & Answers

Q:What do I need to be aware of before I use it to metl metal?  

A:Crucible needs to be dried when you first time to use it, please keep the temperature at 150-200°C for about 30 min, then it need take 5-6 minutes to preheat the crucible at 300 ℃ -500 ℃.

 

Q:Can this furnace melt brass and bronze?

A:Yes. It can.Since brass melting point is about 900-940 and bronze is about 850-1000 degrees C, then yes. It can melt copper, aluminum, gold, silver,brass,bronze,zinc, Tin and other metals with melting point below 1100 ℃/2012℉.

 

Q:I need to know if the display temperature is in ° F or in ° C

A:The temperature display is in °C.

 

Q:What should I pay attention to when I melt aluminum?

A:It is easy to have a layer of alumina on the aluminum surface, and it needs to be sanded before it is arranged for melting.

 

Q:How long did it take to heat the unite and crucilbe to your desired temperature?

A:These furnaces take approximately 10-15 min to reach the desire temperature.
