VTG Baby Dress Toddler Girl Yellow Ribbon Summer Floral Embroidery Scalloped Hem

Baby / toddler girl's summer cotton dress.

Vintage.  1930s - 1940s?

Off-white color, with a yellow satin ribbon at the waist (could be newer than the dress itself).

Handmade.

The dress has scalloped hems at the neck, sleeves and bottom.  Embroidered floral pattern on the front middle.  Cutwork embroidery at the waist, which the yellow ribbon is threaded through.  Short sleeves.  Two metal snaps in the back.

Approximate measurements:

Length down the front center = 15"

Length down the back center = 15.5"

Diameter of sleeve opening = 3.5"

Armpit to armpit, across the front, laid flat = 13"

Across the waist, laid flat = 11.25"

Pre-owned, vintage.  There is a 1" tear at the front, center, neck.  There is a small hole at the back, center bottom.
