The Souvenir Sheet from uncut press sheet is larger by 6 mm (1/4") on each side compare to Regular Souvenir Sheet which was available in Post Offices.
Souvenir Sheet from Uncut Press Sheet: ~  146 x 46 mm.
Regular (normal size) Souvenir Sheet: ~  140 x 40 mm.
  The Souvenir sheet from Uncut Press Sheet still has a bleed area (extended design), which was cut off during production of regular souvenir sheets.
