3. If you have a defective item, you want to return. Please contact us within 3 days from you receive the shipment. All return items must be returned with its original packaging and accessories. We will refund the money to you when we get the return items. Or replace item for you. We will refund the purchase price but not the shipping and handling costs. The return shipping to us would be at your expense. Please note that the items to be returned must be in NEW condition. Please contact me before you return it.
