We only accept payment through PayPal.
Please make sure you have a valid/confirmed PayPal account prior to bidding/buying. All PayPal Payments
must be Confirmed (Shipping and billing addresses must match).
Payment must be completed within 7 days, or an unpaid disputed will be filed to eBay for the non payable bidders.
Delivery:
All items will be shipped within 3 business day upon receipt of payment.
It usually takes approximately 5-10 business days to receive order, not including weekends and public holidays. Delivery time depends entirely on Australia Post delivery schedule.
If you do not receive your item, please contact us immediately for further assistance.
Shipping:
All items inspected before packing to ensure a premium product.
All items rolled with protective paper inside a mailing tube. (Some tubes will be recycled/used, but still in good condition).
Orders processed within 24-48 hours of payment verification.
We only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses. Your PayPal address must match your Shipping address.
If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!
Item/s will be dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after full payment has been received by us as cleared funds.
Returns and Refunds:
We operate a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with the product for whatever reason, please contact us to arrange a return and refund. As shipping costs are not retrievable, we are unable to refund shipping costs.
Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
