RETURNS & REFUNDS

We pride ourselves on the quality of our items and service.  We strive to provide a highly professional level of service and we only offer top quality items for sale, which we believe is borne out by our feedback record.

All our items are carefully packed and are covered by appropriate postal insurance where applicable.

WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS

unless, of course, the item is clearly not as described in the listing or is proven to have been damaged in transit. In the unlikely event that a return should be necessary the buyer is responsible for return post and packing and must ensure adequate postal insurance. We will then be happy to offer a full refund (exc. postage), upon receipt.

POSTING WITHIN THE UK:

Items are usually posted the same day or if this is not possible the next working day. They are normally shipped as economically as possible and require a signature upon delivery. Bearing this in mind please advise any special delivery instructions at the time of purchase. 

Postage costs will reflect appropriate insurance, especially for more valuable items.

POSTING OUTSIDE THE UK:

  Any International postage shown in the listing is only an example. Please ask for detailed and specific quotation as this will vary on size, weight and destination of item. Please also note that the purchaser is responsible for the administration and payment of any import or other duties payable on the transaction
