Vintage, old chrome metal gas cap for Briggs and Stratton 3 to 5 HP lawn mower, 

and possibly more small engines / motors. 

Briggs & Stratton part # 298425. Also same as / replaces part #’s 493982 & 391494, 8651, 493982s

The cap is still in good condition for age. 

The cap you receive could have some surface rust, specking and tarnish and blemishing from shelf

and storage life, but is a perfectly good ready to use part.
