I am guessing 1930's/'40's, pre-'60 for sure. Made in Birmingham England.

In Great condition, good hide, not dried out. Rails show "Shelf-wear" to paint.

7-3/4" long, 6-1/4" wide, Includes Clamp for horizontal post , features Bag eyelets.
