The Harewood Juliet balcony is new to our range for this year!

Suited to a wide range of property styles the Harewood balcony is easy to fit and is also available in custom sizes if required.

The balcony is made in our workshop from high grade steel, and finished in a range of architectural grade powder coated colours.

The balcony is galvanised prior to powder coating to protect against corrosion free of charge.

The top rail is made from 40mm x 12mm soft-touch convex bar.
The bottom rails 40mm x 8mm flat bar.
The infill bars are 12mm round section with elegant forged details. The gap between the bars is less than 100mm which is compliant with UK building regulations.

The balcony projects 100mm From the wall, and has a clearance of 60mm between the back of the balcony and the face of the mounting feet.

The mounting holes in the feet are laser cut at 12mm. These are designed to suit M10 fixings.

The Overall height of the balcony is 1100mm (1.1 Mtr) which meets the current UK building regulations.
