I believe this to be a florsheim shoe. They appear to have had newly professional installed soles. Numbers 524 28902H7, but I am not 100% positive. Nice wingtip though and a unique size. They have some scuffs and wear but pretty normal for this vintage. The sole is leather and the heals don't have heavy wear to one size. Nice and even! True vintage!
