BOWL OCTAGON Vintage Shallow  Bowl Multi-color Roses Scalloped Edging Gold Trim

Description: Beautiful octagon shallow footed bowl.  Appears to be hand-painted with multi-color roses. Each octagon section has an arch lined with gold paint with a light teal center,  In the center of plate is beautiful detailed roses with a band of gold encircling the roses. Bowl has delicate scallop edging dividing each section. There are no markings on back of bowl and have been unable to confirm the maker but does appear to be a Prussia design.
