Comment = I believe the variation in margin widths on this stamp still fall within the VF range. The four margins are as follows:

Right Margin = 1.1mm
top Margin = 0.8mm
Left Margin = 0.8mm
Bottom Margin = 0.8mm

Remember a VF is nicely centered but nowhere near prefect, otherwise we would not have the grades VF-XF(85), XF(90), XF-Sup(95), Sup(98) & Prefect(100)

Adjusting for the cancel I will give the stamp a grade of F-VF
