Our AirPods may show minor wear, but have been tested and are fully functional. We ship all packages out by 9am PST, every day of the week via USPS First Class Mail. Here's what to expect in the package:

• Replacement 2nd Generation Left AirPod (Model A2031) - already cleaned, sanitized and tested
• Printed card with pairing instructions

Are you sure your AirPods are 2nd Generation?

1st Generation and 2nd Generation AirPods look identical, but they are NOT compatible with each other! Before purchasing, determine your generation by locating the model number by either going into bluetooth device settings or looking at the first text line on the inside of the AirPod. An example is shown below using a right 1st generation AirPod:

Once you have found the model number, use the below table to determine the correct generation:
