The GROM / MSX125 / MSX125SF generator is mounted on the L. crankcase cover, so the flywheel mounting direction is closer to the outside (shaft tip).
As a result, the heavy flywheel's rotating weight is applied to the outside of the tip of the crankshaft, and the engine with improved pickup doubles the load during acceleration and deceleration.
This can cause interference between the generator and the flywheel, affecting ignition timing and, in the worst case, damaging the crankshaft.
This product changes the crankshaft journal from three-point support to four-point support by installing ball bearings in the stator, limiting crankshaft run-out that occurs in the high rotation range of bore-up engines. By limiting, the run-out is suppressed and the durability of the normal crankshaft can be increased.
