    Why The Part May Look Different To The Original Faulty One

    This can be due to the manufacturer changing suppliers during or after a production run of the appliance. Usually the part may only differ visually by colour but fits just the same. In some cases the manufacturer may have experienced problems in the field and has upgraded the part to prevent a repeat of the early failure of the part, but again should fit the same as the original. There are occasions where a part has been modified and additional alterations may be needed to the appliance for the part to fit, but on these occasions the manufacturer usually supplies release notes and diagrams along with the part to help aid installation.

    We set highly competitive prices for all our products, with regular checks against our online eBay competitors. If in the unlikely event our item can be found on eBay in a similar condition for less, we will be happy to consider an offer.

    We take great care packing every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We post daily Monday to Friday with the aim to have your purchase arrive within the expected delivery time slot as shown above in the Estimated Arrival dates window. If your item fails to show within the expected time and we all know just how frustrating that can be, please contact us first to make us aware of the delay. It is very unusual these days for post not to arrive but please be reasonable and aware that post can be delayed from time to time, and post at seasonal times will be more likely to be delayed. All we ask is that you don't take your frustration of the postal service out on us as we are here to help.

    Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us via the methods available within eBay regarding any problems before leaving negative feedback, we are only human and mistakes do happen. In the unlikely event of a mistake occurring, We aim to rectify the issue in a pleasant and swift way. Any defects, damages or material differences with your item must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item or 30 days from date of shipment.
     
    We refund within 3 days of the item being returned. We will not refund without the item being returned to us. This is not only to protect us from fraudulent claims but without the returned item we are unable to make improvements to our service. The returned merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipment notification. Non-deliveries must be reported within 30 days of Shipment Notification.
