Our Grading System
We
aim to give the best and most honest service that we can provide and so
that our buyers can buy with confidence we use the following grading
system. MINT
(M) : This item is still sealed therefore
unplayed NEAR
MINT (NM) : This item is in brand new condition with no
surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra
items are in perfect
condition. EXCELLENT
(EX) : This item shows some signs of having been played with
the occasional very light mark or surface marks but there is very
little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have
slight wear and or creasing. It should be reminded that a record graded
as excellent should not be confused with Mint or Near Mint and may have
very fine or light marks or lines usually caused by sleeve
rub. VERY
GOOD (VG) : This item has obviously been played many times
but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable
surface marks and the occasional light scratches. Normal wear and tear
on the cover and extra items, without any major defects, is
acceptable. GOOD
(G) : This item has been played so much that the sound
quality has noticeable deteriorated, with some distortion or skips due
to scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of
edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR
(F) : This item is still just playable but it has not been
cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise: it may even
jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained or
defaced. We
grade the sleeve and record separately, therefore it could be
possible to find a NEAR MINT Disc and a VERY GOOD Sleeve. We do this as
we feel it is better to grade the record separately from the sleeve to
give a clearer appraisal. Also we may fine tune the grading by adding
+/- so the buyer can gauge a true representation of the item that they
are purchasing. Our Prices We
set highly competitive prices for all our products, with regular checks
against our online eBay competitors. If in the unlikely event our item
can be found on eBay in a similar condition for less, we will be happy
to consider an offer. Best
Offer The
Best Offer Feature is a fantastic way for our buyers to always get the
best deal and for us to keep competitive on eBay. If our item can be
found for less on eBay in a similar condition, our customers have the
option to submit an offer for us to consider. If an offer is submitted
to us, we will review our price against our competitors price and if the
offer is fair and reasonable then we will accept.
If
the offer is too low but close to a price that would be acceptable, we
may counter the offer. If we counter the offer, this will be our final
price as we don't accept counter offers. If the offer submitted is so
low, for example half the original list price, we will view the offer as
a malicious or a wasted offer and we will simply ignore it without
response. The Best Offer feature should only be used when our item is
not the lowest BUYITNOW on eBay and in a like for
like condition. We never consider offers when our item is already the
lowest price available. Postage

Delivery We
post daily Monday to Friday with the aim to have your purchase arrive
within the expected delivery window as shown above in the Estimated
Arrival dates window. If your item fails to show within the expected
time and we all know just how frustrating that can be, please contact us
first to make us aware of the delay. It is very unusual these days for
post not to arrive but please be reasonable and aware that postage can
be delayed from time to time, and seasonal post will more likely be
delayed. All we ask is that you don't take your frustration of the
postal service out on us as we are here to help. Payment We accept PayPal for all eBay orders. Please see payment details below. Returns Your
satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us via the methods
available within eBay regarding any problems before leaving negative
feedback, we are only human and mistakes do happen. But we aim to
rectify our mistakes in a pleasant and swift way. Any defects, damages,
or material differences with your item, must be reported to us within 7
days of receipt of the item or 30 days from date of shipment. We
refund within 3 days of the item being returned. We will not refund
without the item being returned to us. This is not only to protect us
from fraudulent claims but without the returned item we are unable to
make improvements to our service. The returned merchandise must be
postmarked within 30 days of the shipment notification. Non-deliveries
must be reported within 30 days of Shipment Notification. Undeliverable,
unclaimed, refused, or insufficient addresses will be subject to a 20%
restocking fee plus the cost of shipping. |
