1. We will check all our watches to ensure 100% functional before dispatching. In case, a different watch is sent by mistake or the watch is not working properly, we will arrange replacement/ refund. 
2. For Replacement/Refund, watch must be returned in its original condition without any physical changes (e.g. scratches, shortening of bracelet etc.). Upon receiving the returned watch, replacement/Refund will be arranged. 
3. Shipping fee is not refundable. 
4. Replacement/Refund must be requested within 5 days after receiving the package.

We guarantee One Year Warranty from the date of payment. 
Repairing is Free of Charge except in case of damage caused by accidents or lack of care.
