We pack these sets in hard carton sheets and plastic bags and send in an envelope with a stamp “DO NOT BEND”. If you receive a bend or destroyed by post envelope, please contact us. We will resend or refund you.
We post on the same or the next working day. The items are shipped from Bulgaria, so shipping times may vary. We only use PRIORITY services, so usually the shipping time is about 10-14 working days, however by reasons that we cannot manage, sometimes the package can be delayed by post offices, due to busy periods, weather conditions, holidays etc. Official shipping times provided by Bulgarian Post – shipping times may vary according your location: 
  • European countries and UK – around 7-10 working days
  • Rest of the world – 10-20 working days - tracked
