All our products are sourced either directly from the manufacturers or reputable distributors. This means you can be sure that the item you have received is new and genuine.

Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday within 24 hours of receiving the payment, orders placed on Friday-Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Standard delivery orders are shipped via Royal Mail Second Class service, delivery time is usually 5-7 working days

We also offer Express Next Day delivery via 24 Hour courier service at an extra cost. Express Delivery orders must be placed before 3:00pm, any orders placed after this will be shipped on the following working day.

Note:  This service does not guarantee delivery on a Saturday, any express orders placed after Thursday 3.00pm may arrive on the following Monday.

Some items are too big to fit through the letter box, someone needs to be home to accept the package. If you do miss the delivery Royal Mail usually leave a card and you must immediately reschedule the delivery or collection from your local post office.

We only accept returns on items that are unused and in their original unopened packaging.

Please email us before putting in a return request. We can usually resolve most issues without asking the customer to send an item back.

Damaged/Incorrect Items: When emailing us, can we please ask that you send us images where possible as this helps resolve claims for damaged products more efficiently.

If it’s a change of mind, customer usually pays the return postage.

All payments on eBay are processed via PayPal.

Once you have received your item and you’re happy with it we kindly request you to leave us a feedback.
