Post. Seller may opt to use less expensive USPS shipping service when available, USPS requires Priority Mail to many regions, and restricts the 

use of Parcel Post. Likewise, upgrading service or adding signature confirmation/insurance is at seller discretion. Buyer pays for all shipping and
