Any Items purchased after aprox 12pm on a Friday (our courier cut off time) or on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday will not be dispatched until the Tuesday (our couriers don't collect at weekends and our eBay despatch team aren't available Mondays).
In the event of a problem with your purchase – whether it be damaged in transit, faulty, late or for any reason AT ALL, please contact us IN THE FIRST INSTANCE by telephone on the number below. The eBay system is designed, quite rightly, to promote buyer confidence and it will lead you down the path to ‘open a case’ against the seller in order to resolve the problem. We will ALLWAYS resolve your issue but would ask that you call us in order to do so. Should we not meet your requirements, you can always ‘open a case’ afterwards – however you will NEVER need to.
Opened cases on eBay now count against a seller’s performance and they receive a ‘defect point’ for every opened case, even if the seller resolves the issue with the buyer. At worst, this can result in the seller having listings removed which can have catastrophic implications for a business such as ours.
All of our items (unless otherwise stated) are second hand from vehicles we are breaking for spare parts, we will endeavour to test all items before sending however please be aware these parts are second hand and can in some instances be faulty, if this is the case call us immediately and we will resolve the issue.
