RIMS SPECIFICATIONS:

IMPORTANT: PLEASE CHECK WHEELS FITMENT BEFORE MOUNTING. MOUNTED WHEELS COULD NOT BE RETURNED!

*All returns must be pre-approved by eBay messaging system before you ship any item back to us.
*All damaged items must be reported to us within 24hrs of delivery using the eBay messaging service with few photos of damage.
*We will gladly accept your return within 14 days of the delivery date.
*Items must be returned in new unused condition and contain all original materials (if included).
*All returned items will be tested before refunds are given.
*Shipping costs are non-refundable.
*Returns should be packed in outer shipping carton to avoid defacing the original box/packing of the product. Items returned in damaged condition will not be accepted.

NOTE: RETURN COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY FOR RETURN!

*We ship our products using UPS EXPRESS DELIVERY carrier.
*Dispatch time usually takes 1 business day after clear payment was received. Shipping time can take up to 1-3 business days.
*Every International/Domestic package has their own unique tracking number.
We run an automated ordering system so please ensure your correct shipping address is selected on the PayPal / eBay checkout as we can only send to the address that comes through. This is an eBay policy.

FOR ORDERS CANCELLED AFTER DISPATCH: -you must follow our returns procedure. You are responsible for both the outgoing and return postage costs.

ORDERS DELAYED/MISSING IN TRANSIT: -We promise we'll do everything we can to ensure you receive your order within the time-frame specified. Occasionally events beyond our control may result in your parcel being delayed whilst it is with the courier and we cannot be held responsible for such delays.
