Shipping costs from Italy to Italy, up to 5 kg are € 12.00 .
After 5kg shipping costs will automatically be calculated on the basis of total order weight.
_European Union :
Packages travel by land and shiping costs depart from 22,00 € and will automatically be calculated on the basis of ordered product weight.
_ Extra European Union :
For all shipping costs to non-European countries shiping costs depart from 22,00 € fee.

Shipment are effected from Monday to Friday and deliveries from Tuesday to Friday.
The delivery date depends on the delivery location. The goods travel at Mymarca's risk and in case of any problem with the delivery service, Mymarca Client will be fully compensated.
We just ask you to sign the delivery receipt under reservation in case of damaged goods, therefore we will be helped to improuve our service.
Mymarca do care about its products: we put ice into the packages in order to preserve fresh food and our polystyrene packaging is as resistant as it should be.
