Collection

Items which have cleared payment can be collected at a mutually convenient collection time. Un-cleared cheques or postal orders will not be accepted for collected items.  Items paid for but not collected, will be held for 2 months and then re-sold. No refund will be given to the original buyer.

Unless otherwise stated, collection is from Northampton NN4.

Postage

The postage quoted is for UK delivery only. Items are generally sent by MyHermes. Larger and very small items are generally sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce - proof of postage is always obtained. Listing photographs are proof of dispatch condition.

Overseas items are only sent by eBay Global Shipping.

Other carriers

We are unable to pack any items collected by a man with a van.

Photographs

Photos are always of the actual item being sold, unless otherwise detailed in the listing.

Descriptions

Any electrical items are sold as display items or for spares only and will NOT have been tested for working order, completeness or for electrical safety.

Any sizes or weights quoted are approximate.

As the majority of our items are vintage or used, the item may well have: dents, dings, dust, rips, tears, holes, stains, scratches, chips, breaks, sharp points, splinters, woodworm holes, rot, rust, corrosion, chips, crazing, cracking  or wear and tear etc. Some surfaces may be lead or contain lead paint or other noxious substances. Some items are washed, and some are left in original condition. Some items are intended for display or prop use only. Gardenalia is not washed. All photographs form part of the description.

I am not infallible and errors/oversights can occur. If I have missed something out of the description, please just ask for additional info. If you find my description to be inaccurate please contact me and allow me to redress any issues.

Communication

All communication must be sent by eBay messages only.

Payment methods

For shipped items I accept Paypal, and cheques (£s) and postal orders (£s) sent by recorded delivery. I do not accept ?open? postal orders or cash through the post. No items will be dispatched until payment has cleared.

Ending auctions

I do not end auctions early.

Feedback

If you have a problem with any of my items, please contact me before leaving neutral/negative feedback and I will do my best to redress any problems.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me within 2 days of receipt and I will do my best to resolve any issues. For items lost in transit, no refunds will be made until I have received a full written report from the buyer, detailing: item description, price, date of purchase, method of payment and confirming that the item has not been received. If an item has been damaged in transit please supply photos of the packaging and the damage to the item, along with a written report.

Where an item is accurately described either in word or by photo in the listing, but returned, the buyer pays for postage both ways.

To facilitate courier delivery:

Detail a safe place for a parcel to be left upon delivery (e.g. porch, shed, garage) or a neighbour?s address.
