SHIPPING
The buyer of this item is required to pay shipping. There is a drop down tab in the shipping to choose which shipping method best suits your needs. For OVERSEAS shipping I only use the eBay global program at this time. International buyers are responsible for all custom, duties and taxes associated with their shipment (which the global service does collect upon payment). I ship every shipping day (no Sundays or holidays) at 8 AM central time. Payments made after 12 pm the prior night may not go out until the following shipping day. Every item will have a tracking # that can be tracked at the USPS web site and should be auto emailed from eBay once label is printed. If you are buying more than one item once you put them in your cart the combined shipping shows up. If it ends up being considerably less I will happily issue a refund via PayPal. **Please do not use a sharp object or scissors when opening your package as it may cause damage to the item inside. I have put a big red stamp on my package to remind you.
Sizing:
Nike designs their clothing to fit the athlete that will be wearing each style. A running line item in Nike will fit differently than a basketball line item. Also Nike compression is made to fit very tight sometimes almost 2 sizes samller than loose fit items. Please make sure you know your size before you purchase. I suggest you try something similar on at your local Nike retail store to get the correct sizing in each of the line of clothing Nike makes. You can also ask for exact measurements of the item in the size you need to see how it matches up with the items you currently own.
Questions:
I try to answer questions promptly but sometimes I am away from the computer. Questions are usually answered within 24 hours. If you do not get an answer within 24 hours please email back to make sure it came through.
Return Policy:
I only accept returns within 30 days of shipping. All returns must be made through the eBay system so if you are a guest you will have to make an account to do the return. I only accept returns through eBay No exceptions sorry. Item must be in the same condition as it was shipped out, that means new, unworn with tag. When the return is opened I require a photo of the item with the tag attached so I can document the condition of the item. Once the item is mailed back and received a refund of the buy it now or auction price will be refunded via PayPal. Shipping is non refundable, as it is a service provided by USPS.
Refused shipments:
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs if an item is returned as undeliverable for any reason. No shipping will be refunded. If you still want the item you will have to provided correct shipping information and pay the shipping cost to have the item reshipped.
Errors:
Sometimes errors do happen. It is our intention to have 100% accuracy but humans sometimes make mistakes, so if you experience any issues please email us to report the error and will address it promptly.
Lost shipping:
All items are shipped via the USPS and sometimes items can take a few days to arrive. Please let us know if your item has not arrived within 14 days for USA shipments or 30 days for overseas. If an item shows on the USPS web site as delivered you will have to go to your local post office to address the issue. Once the package shows delivered my post office can no longer help.
Damaged in mail:
If your item is damaged in shipping please email immediately and DO NOT discard the package the item was mailed in. If your item was shipped first class mail you will have to contact your local post office to file the claim. If it is shipped Priority mail I will file the claim on my end.
