Up for sale is a rare antique 18th century hand forged pewter plate made by John Townsend and the Townsend & Reynolds.
It's forged out of thick pewter and has acquired a lovely patina from age and use.
The plate bears a Townsend touch-marks on the backside that date to late 18th century.
It's in antique condition and measure 9 1/4 inches in diameter.
The plate does have dings and surface scratching throughout as seen.
The stand is not included.
