THE DIFFERENCES WITH OUR SANITISERS and ALCOHOL SANITISERS:

Alcohol sanitisers advantage:

  1. They are cheap and readily available and familiar to the general public this is why authorities recommend these aside from bleach and chlorine (both are corrosive).
  2. Formulated correctly 70% alcohol content kills germs provided no organic contamination remains.

Disadvantages:

  • Importantly: Alcohol sanitisers DO NOT PROVIDE EXTENDED PROTECTION AFTER APPLICATION. They are one touch sanitising. After application the alcohol quickly evaporates leaving hands and surfaces without ongoing protection. The next surface touched, including clothes, door handles and rails - your hands are contaminated again.
  •  Ethanol sanitisers work by dehydrating the germ cell. They are very drying to hands reducing your natural skin barrier system with multiple use.
  •  Ethanol in high percentage is environmentally toxic, classed as a hazardous, flammable good. To be effective alcohol content must be 70% ethanol to water.
  • The effectiveness of alcohols as intermediate level germicides is limited because they evaporate rapidly, resulting in short contact times, and also lack the ability to penetrate residual organic material. They are rapidly tuberculocidal, bactericidal and fungicidal, but may vary in spectrum of virucidal activity. Items to be disinfected with alcohol should be carefully pre-cleaned then totally submerged for an appropriate exposure time (e.g., 10 minutes). Home Delivery orders will be sent to street addresses only, we DO NOT deliver internationally or to PO Boxes, although orders placed from overseas can be delivered within Australia.

Distribution Channel

We use a wide range of distribution channel to ensure orders are delivered as quickly as possible. All home delivery orders are delivered on weekdays by either Australia Post, Fastway, Interparcel, Temando or E-go. In all circumstances, once your order is dispatched an email will be sent to you with a tracking number and URL link to the relevant carrier to track your order

Delivery Acceptance

All home delivery orders require a signature upon delivery. Once your parcel has been signed for, you will be responsible for any damage or loss to your items. If there's no authorised person at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with instructions indicating if you need to call to arrange another delivery time or that the parcel has been re-directed to the nearest Courier depot. It will then be your responsibility to collect the goods from the designated depot or to arrange for re-delivery at your own expense.
