Squeeze Art Stick Liquid Lip as you apply, starting on bottom lip. Blot lips together, then apply on top lip. Use the point of the Art Stick to line lips, then hold the angled edge of the pencil tip flat against lips to fill in lip color. Apply Lip Pencil after lipstick, following the natural outline of the mouth. To help keep lipstick on longer, outline and fill in entire lip area with Lip Pencil, then apply lipstick on top.
