This listing is for a Blank Quad Stepped Attenuator, V24C-4 . The second photo shows a photo of what a quad looks like with SMD resistors. The third photo shows a different type of attenuator with 1/4 watt resistors (just to give you an idea). Of course the wafers will actually look like the first photo.

These are 24-position blank stepped attenuator switches and require you to purchase and install your own 1/4 watt thru-hole resistors. Make your own value stepped attenuator or a customer taper. To make your own custom value stepped attenuators, procure and install 23 each 1/4 watt thru-hole resistors per channel, each with one lead bent over. You can determine your own resistor brand and resistor values or use the recommended brands and goldpoint resistor lists on the Goldpoint website.

Goldpoint stepped attenuators are considered to be the best level controls available worldwide.

Goldpoint stepped attenuators may cost more, but  our customers rave about them and typically
state their investment was well worth it, knowing they have attained the best sound quality they can get.
