Following developments regarding the recent outbreak and actions taken to reduce movement of people is set to affect transit times and delivery options. 

Currently there are no major disruptions or delays to standard UK deliveries.

To further reduce the spread and minimize contact between drivers and customers all of our UK delivery services no longer require a signature upon delivery. The drivers will confirm the recipients identity and will sign the parcel as delivered on their behalf.

Public Health England (PHE) have advised that people receiving parcels and packages are not at risk of contracting the virus, in fact it is safer to stay at home and accept a delivery rather than visit the shops. With this in mind all couriers are prioritizing the health and welfare of both staff and customers by taking sensible precautions to reduce the spread of virus whilst minimizing service disruptions. Depots are reducing the amount of non essential staff by encouraging working from home where possible. Shifts are being staggered to reduce contact between staff and regular, thorough cleaning is taking place in depots and on vehicles.

Delivery

Prices quoted to UK mainland. Non mainland UK postcodes and areas may require additional charges. It is your responsibility to check your goods upon delivery for shortages or damages and to make a note of such on the carriers consignment note when you sign for the goods (If this is not done we are unable to take the matter up with the delivery company). Please kindly refuse delivery if packaging is noticed to have any damages. No complaints will be considered in this regard after parcel is accepted; this is in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations governed by the Office of Fair Trading. If the delivery is not completed on no one being available at the delivery address a delivery charge may apply. We are only able to dispatch your order to the address registered on your PayPal account at the time of purchase. Please ensure any address changes are updated prior to ordering.

Returns

In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we will limit our returns liability.

Our full terms and conditions apply; please ensure you read them carefully. We draw your attention specifically to the following:

·       Please do not open unless you intend to keep the item, once opened items will not be accepted for a return.

·       The product must not be used, installed, show signs of use or have any data input.

·       Returns at buyers’ expense with all original packaging in the same condition it was dispatched.

·       Reports of faulty item or if item isn't as described must be made to us and returned within 14 days.

·       The item will be checked and tested upon return before being issued a refund; refund will not be issued when the buyer abuses or misuses the item.

·       Partial refund will be offered where the item is returned used or damaged. This is inline with eBay's Partial refund guidelines where the item is returned used or damaged.

·       We will charge 15 percent restocking fee for returns,we reserve the right to increase any restock fee to 20% . This is inline with eBay's policy on restocking fees.

·       Please note that due to the fraudulent behaviour of a small minority, items may have security marks/warranty void seals applied, it is important that If the security mark/warranty void seal is not intact or shows any signs of tampering upon return, your warranty or returns claim will be invalidated and the buyer will be reported to eBay and may face criminal proceedings.

·       All serial numbers are recorded, photos and videos of item obtained to prevent fraudulent activity/claims.    

·       Refunds will only be offered if a replacement is not available. 

·       Refunds are minus postage costs unless when the item isn't as described or if the item is deemed to be faulty upon receiving the item, in which case postage costs will be refunded.
