Srisamorn Kongpun is a talented and versatile chef and the most sought-after cooking teacher in Thailand She started cooking at her grandparents' home in Chiang Rai, northern Thailand ,at a very young age, helping her grandmother. Having found her passion, Srisamorn went on to study food and nutrition at Bangkok Technical College and continued her education at Mahidol University. Later she received a scholarship to study Hotel and Restaurant Management at University of Hawaii.
In between her teaching and advisory commitments in Thailand and abroad, Srisamorn has written more than successful cookbooks, and her health and nutrition articles can be found in various professional journals. She has also made many appearance on Thai TV, teaching as a member of the Evaluation Standard Thai Cook (EBSTC) in Thailand, Tokyo,Dubai ,Berlin,Denmark,England, and etc., to test Thai cooks around the world for certification.
