Please check the top / bottom of this listing to see the delivery service being used. Generally, purchases with an order value of less than £14 are sent using royal mail second class post. Purchases with an order value over £14 are sent via courier at no extra cost. Orders sent via royal mail are sent via royal mail second class post. Orders sent via courier are sent through a reputable 48hr courier service. Free P&P applies on all orders within mainland UK on this listing.  

Note that for Royal mail orders, we can send throughout the UK at the same cost. For orders that need to be sent via courier, we can only send to mainland UK at the advertised price. Mainland UK comprises of zones A and B in the map below

We endavour to dispatch all orders placed by 2pm on the same day. Note that we do not work on weekends or bank holidays, and courier companies do not collect or deliver on weekends or bank holidays. Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm. Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be dispatched from our premises on the following Monday. If you contact us outside working hours, we will respond as soon as we are back in the office.

Please note that we can only dispatch to the address you provide as the delivery address on your ebay. We are unable to accept change of addresses over messsage.
