Here we have issue Number 70 of Defence Update, published back in 1985. Published monthly - could not find which month this issue was - by Defence Update GmbH in Cologne, Germany, the magazine has as Senior Defence Advisor Lt.Colonel David Eshel, Ret.

The magazine was printed in the Netherlands, with all text in English.

It has great contents, with articles on Exercise Reforger, Low Level Air Defense, the German Army Aviation, The F-15 - A new Eagle in the horizon, a photo profile on Type 42 Destroyers, The PLO - An Organization Examined, a profile of the Mig 29 (still the prototype, as very little was known about this aircraft at the time), the 67th Aerospace Rescue and Recovery Squadron in Europe, the Modern Battlefield Surveillance Radar, and Texas Instruments Battlefield Management System.

The magazine has 66 pages including cover, and is in good condition, with no damage to the cover, no missing or damaged pages, some shelfing wear, and no underlining or highlighting of text or writing in the margins.
